No Show and Late Cancellation Policy
If you don't show up for your appointment, or cancel/move it with less than 3 hours of notice, you must pay me 33% of the missed service(s) to compensate me for the reserved time.

Exceptions: very sudden onset of illness, brand new injury, health/safety emergency. || When in doubt, go ahead and move or cancel it more than 3 hours in advance. There is a link for that in the automated confirmation email you received right after the appointment was booked online.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment with me (paperwork). In subsequent sessions, arrive 5 minutes early.
